INGFIELD FARM ONLINE BOOKING
By booking on our site you are agreeing to our term and conditions.
Our site is open from April through to October. Bookings are now all online. If you have any difficulties in booking your stay please email us and we will do our best to help.
Advance booking is recommended for our busy times of the year, such as bank holidays.
We have a minimum of a 2-night stay on bank holidays, and at weekends during our busy months of June, July and August. There is also a minimum stay of 2 nights in The Paddock at weekends.
Arrival and departure. All customers and visitors are required to call in at reception. Pitches are let from 1pm on day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. For a late departure please enquire with reception. Overstaying departure times, unless prior arrangement has been made will incur an extra charge.
Please avoid approaching the site before 1pm as there is no space for vehicles to wait in the yard/entrance area and you may be asked to leave and return at your correct arrival time.
Group Bookings
We do accept group bookings on our site, but we do not accept large group bookings or bookings made for celebratory parties, unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners of the site. We do not allow stag or hen parties or groups of young adults/teens.
When making a multiple booking, please include a CUSTOMER name for each unit in the ‘BOOKING DETAILS’ page in the comments box, so that each guest can be identified on arrival.
Visitors
If you are inviting visitors to the park, please check with a member of staff beforehand. Our policy is to allow one car of visitors per unit. All visitors must check in on arrival and will be given their own separate barrier entry fob, and this must be returned before leaving.
Touring and Camping Pitches
The campsite is comprised of all grass pitches. Most of our pitches have electric hook ups available and are suitable for awnings. We also have a number of non-electric pitches available. Pitches 1-5 & 34 is a quieter area of the site, no tents.
The Paddock
Pitches 47-50. This area of the site has four grass pitches with electric hook ups and water. It is suitable for family groups and gatherings. The paddock has to be booked out as one complete area. If you wish to book this area out for less units, the whole area must still be paid for. Please enter the amount and type of units in the ‘comments box’ on the Booking details Page when booking.
Due to the restricted space, we can only accept 2 caravans in this area at any one time.
We can accept; 2 caravans & 2 tents, or 2 caravans & 2 motorhomes, or 4 motorhomes, or 4 campervans, or 4 tents etc.
Booking information
A deposit of 20% (minimum payment £20) is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival, or you have the option to pay in full.
Bookings made less than 2 weeks from the arrival date will be required to pay the whole holiday amount at the time of booking. You will receive an email 2 weeks before your balance is due, asking you to pay the remaining balance online via a link.
